Who We Are
Cake Emporio is a family owned bakery led by founder Isabel Valenzuela and co-owned with her daughter, Gabriela Valenzuela. Together with their dedicated team, they’ve created a warm, welcoming space where passion and creativity come to life every day.
Isabel’s journey began at the prestigious Academia de Bellas Artes San Alejandro in Cuba and continued at the Miami Art Institute, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. Blending her artistic background with a love for celebration, she discovered her calling in cake design—transforming edible creations into meaningful works of art that bring joy to life’s most special moments.
Founded in 1998, Cake Emporio started as Isabel’s personal passion and has since grown into a beloved brand reaching clients far and wide. Today, it stands as more than a bakery—it’s a place where art, community, and celebration come together.
Isabel and Gabriela remain deeply involved in their community, participating in local events and collaborating with the City of Miami to create memorable experiences. From humble beginnings to where it is today, Cake Emporio continues to be rooted in family, creativity, and a genuine love for making people feel at home.
